| Payson (AZ) Roundup Thursday, July 6, 2006 Crystal Webb-Blank, 29, of Payson, died July 4, 2006. She was born April 8, 1977 in Phoenix. She is survived by her husband, Christopher Blank; three daughters, Haley M Webb, Christina I. Blank and Trista L. Webb; four sisters, Tricia, Laura, Candi and April; four brothers, Danny, Steve, Wesley and Ben; and parents, Dan and Brenda Webb. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara E. Breen. Services will be at 2 pm Sunday, July 9 at Payson Christian Fellowship Church, 700 E. Wade in Payson. Donations may be made to an account in Webb-Blank's name set up at Bank of America.
