The White Mountain Independent Show Low, Arizona 02/27/2009 Martha Antonio, 70, of Canyon Day died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009, at a Phoenix hospital. She was born Feb. 17, 1939, in Whiteriver, the daughter of Arthur and Lillian (Jalla) Burnette. She was a homemaker who loved cooking and sewing. Survivors include four daughters, Bernita Truax, Marian Altaha, Juanda Antonio and Jolinda Antonio; two sons, Leon Quintero Sr. and Terrell Antonio; four sisters, Caroline Alchesay, Velma Davis, Ludy Altaha and Shirley Burnette; three brothers, Adam Burnette, MacArthur Burnette and Sidney Burnette; aunt Cecelia Hopper; three sons-in-law, Raphael Truax Sr., Elvis Altaha and Mike Marcello; 21 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. A wake will begin at 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 28, at 100 Agave Dr., No. 17, in Canyon Day. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, March 2, at Canyon Day Assembly of God Church with Pastor Marvin Begay officiating. Burial will be at Canyon Day Cemetery.
