Alyce Ann Bonito of Whiteriver went home to be with the Lord June 5, 2009, at the Indian Health Service in Whiteriver.

She was born Dec. 24, 1956, in Canyon Day to Butler Foster Sr. and the late Nora Foster.

She lived most of her life in Whiteriver and will be miss dearly by all her relatives and friends.

Alyce is survived by her husband, Victor Bonito; daughters Dorthea Steele, Victoria Bonito, Millie Bonito, Faye Bonito, Kayla Bonito, Kelly Bonito and Charmaine Davis; sons Sonny Gass and William Bird; father Butler Foster Sr.; grandchildren Shaunice Steele, Brandy Steele, Myria Steele, Brandon Steele, Ramlee Gass, Reggie Gass, Ritchie Gass Jr., Nehemiah Rincon, Delvino Rincon and Easton Reed; son-in-laws Byron Steele, Abner Reed and Gavino Rincon; daughter-in-law Ramlynn Gass; brothers Jasper Declay Sr., Butler Foster Jr. and Valas Quade; sisters Doris Chino, Roberta Massey, Andrena Hoskie and Lucille Curley; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.

A two-night wake will be held at her residence (West One Step Beyond 405) in Whiteriver Saturday, June 13, at 10 a.m.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 15, at 2 p.m. at the Canyon Day Miracle Church with Pastor Valentina Begay officiating. Interment will be at the Canyon Day Cemetery in Whiteriver.

Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled the arrangements.
