The White Mountain Independent Show Low, Arizona 12/17/2004 Norbert Johnson, Sr., of Canyon Day, went back to be with the Lord Dec. 7, 2004. He was born July 16, 1965 in Whiteriver. He enjoyed spending time with family. He loved sports, especially basketball and baseball. He also enjoyed fishing and listening to gospel music. While he was working, he worked for the Fort Apache Timber Company in Whiteriver. Norbert is survived by his sons: Norbert Johnson, Jr. and Akeem Johnson; his daughters, Carrie Johnson and Frances Johnson; two grandsons, Mykajal Dunlap and Labron Boni; mother Christina Fall; step-father, Abraham Fall; sister, Elinda Mae Johnson; two brothers, Norman Johnson, Jr. and Raymond Johnson; sister-in-law, Linda Sue Johnson; two uncles, Reno Johnson, Sr. and Milton Declay; three aunts, Althea Ivins, Thelma Riley and Dena Ann Massey; his grandmother, June Johnson; two nieces, a nephew and numerous relatives and friends. A two day wake will start Friday, Dec. 17 at Abraham and Christina Fall's residence in Canyon Day , with funeral services to be held Sunday, Dec. 19 at the Canyon Day Miracle Church with Bishop Leroy Tate officiating. Interment will be at Canyon Day Cemetery. Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled the arrangements. See Also: Find A Grave |
