| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, September 21, 2009 Helen Sue Pate, 80, of Wilhoit, Ariz., born March 31, 1929, in Gordenvil, Texas, passed away Sept. 15, 2009, at Hospice Family Care, the Crossings in Prescott, Ariz. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009, at the Wilhoit Southern Baptist Church, 8530 S. Walden Blvd., Wilhoit, Ariz. Final interment will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix, Ariz. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Helen's name to the Wilhoit Southern Baptist Church, 8430 S. Walden Blvd., Wilhoit, AZ 86332. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements. -------------------------------------- Helen Sue Pate 3/31/1929 - 9/15/2009 Helen died Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at Hospice Family Care, the Crossings, in Prescott, Arizona. She was born March 31, 1929 in Gordenvil, Texas; the daughter of Noble and Rosa (Roberts) Meek. Helen was 80 years old. Helen enjoyed camping and loved being around her family. She was a devote christian and member of the Wilhoit Southern Baptist Church in Wilhoit, Arizona. Helen is survived by her loving and caring husband, Charlie Pate, children; Connie Smith of Harrison, AR, Sandra Jenkins of Norwood, CO, Patsy Shafer of Manitu Springs, CO, Ellen Ryden of Silt, CO and 14 grandchildren.
