The Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Tuesday, September 22, 2009 Louis Giacomelli, 91, of Cottonwood died September 21. He was born December 5, 1917 in Durango, Colorado, the son of Ceasar and Santina (Brun) Giacomelli. He served his country as a Sergeant in the Army in World War II. His career was in furniture sales in Durango, Colorado. His wife, Charline Giacomelli preceded him in death. He leaves his son, Jim Shock or Oregon; a daughter Monica Giacomelli of New Mexico.; a granddaughter, Yvette Cook (David) of Colorado; a grandson, Justin Oldham (Erin) of New Mexico; five great-grandchildren.
