| The Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Tuesday, September 01, 2009 Maxine Lois Tessendorf, 81 of Camp Verde, AZ passed away peacefully with family present on August 23, 2009. Maxine was born July 30, 1928 in Warren Illinois to the late William and Leona (Brown) Martin. Maxine is survived by her daughters, Barbara Peters, "With fearless dedication she took life on, filling each chapter with family and fun", and Debby Hill, "Thank you for being my Mom, You were Wonderful"; her son, Jonathan Carter, "Piece be with you"; nine grandchildren, twenty three great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 11:00AM Friday, August 28, 2009 at the chapel of Bueler Camp Verde Funeral Home with a visitation one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial will follow at 1:00PM at Valley View Cemetery, Clarkdale, Arizona where she will rest with her beloved husband, Garth Tessendorf.
