| The Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Tuesday, September 01, 2009 Madison Jade Lee, 17-day infant daughter of Scott Allen Lee and Krista Danielle Kleine, passed away August 21 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix. She will be remembered by her family as their perfect angel and will be dearly missed by all. She was preceded in death by great grandma and great grandpa Lee and great grandpa Reynolds. Madison leaves her parents; great grandma and great granpa Gorside; great grandma Vergie; great grandma Janet; grandma and grandpa Lee; grandpa Kleine and grandma Dawn;uUncle Garrett; aunt Michelle, aunt Melissa and aunt Emily and many great aunts, uncles and cousins.
