Arizona Silver Belt Wednesday, Sep 23rd, 2009 Betty Louise (Petty) Anderson, 61, of Globe, Ariz. went to be with our lord, Jesus Christ, on Sept. 15, 2009, surrounded by friends and family. She was born on May 13, 1948, in Miami, Ariz. She was preceded in death by her parents Garland and Vernie Marie (White) Petty; and brother, Jim Garland (Bear) Petty. Betty fought a long and courageous battle with her illness but despite her failing health never missed an opportunity to be with her family and friends. Betty enjoyed doing crafts and ceramics. Her finished ceramic pieces were as beautiful as the porcelain dolls she collected. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Betty is survived by her husband Curtis D. Anderson, of Globe, Ariz.; two sons, Scott Lee Moss (Stephanie), of Paragould, Ark., and Jason Lance Moss, of Globe, Ariz.; two daughters Dayna Marie (Anderson), and Corn (Gary), of Globe, Ariz., and Gayle Lynette (Sheppard) Fitzpatrick (Greg), of Mesa, Ariz.; one brother, Jay Petty (Gloria), of Globe, Ariz., one sister, Phyllis Marie (Petty) Ester (Richard); and 14 grandchildren. Visitation was held on Saturday, Sept. 19, at 9 a.m. at Living Waters Community Church, 125 Haskins Road, Globe, Ariz. Funeral services were held on Saturday, Sept. 19 at 10 a.m. at Living Waters Community Church, 125 Haskins Road, Globe, Ariz. Interment was at Globe Cemetery, Hackney Avenue, Globe, Ariz.
