Barbara A. Spence-O'Donnell of Phoenix, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2004, at the age of 63.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Daniel; her son, Robert SPENCE of Lincoln, Nebraska; her daughter, Jacki of Wayne, NE; 3 step-children, David, Dan, Jean, all of Mesa; her brother, Jon; her sister, Janie and her twin sister, Beverly, all of Lincoln, NE and 10 grandchildren. Jack RUSSELL, her friend and companion.

Barbara graduated from ASU, her accomplishments are RN, BSN, BCFE, SANE, DABFN, Forensic Nurse Examiner. Barbara was an employee at the Carl Hayden VA Medical Center in Phoenix in the Life Support Unit. Her love of giving was surrounded by lots of love from her co-workers and patients during her 26 years of service. In September of 2003, Barbara received the prestigious "Achievement Award" at the International Association of Forensic Nurses.

Barbara was a member of the Saint Paul's Catholic Church and proclaimed a strong faith. Rosary at Hansen Mortuary, 83l4 N. 7th St. Mass at St. Paul's Catholic Church, 330 West Coral Gables Dr. Interment be at the V. A. Cemetery., 23029 N. Cave Creek Road.
