Robert O. "Bob" Hahn, 78, of Wickenburg, passed away peacefully at his residence on March 31, 2004. He was born March 8, 1926 in Minneapolis, Minn. Bob was previously a longtime resident of the Rio Grande Valley in Texas.

A man of many skills and talents, he was an accomplished artist, metal fabricator, builder and machinist. His enthusiasm and innovations were a source of inspiration to all his family, friends and associates, and his eternal youth and great sense of fun will be missed by all.

Bob was a World War II Army veteran. He served in the Asian Theatre and was awarded a Purple Heart. Also, he was a member of the American Legion of Wickenburg, and a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars at Donna, Texas.

He is survived by his five children, Craig Katshen of Donna, Texas; David Hahn of Seattle, Wash.; Ronald Hahn of Lincoln, Neb.; Linda LeBourveau of Las Vegas, Nev.; and MaryEllen Konz of Wickenburg; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
