| The Arizona Daily Sun Flagstaff, Arizona Thursday, August 13, 2009 Demecio Villas, 80, of Flagstaff, died on Aug. 10, 2009. He was born in San Juan, N.M., on Nov. 16, 1928, to Daniel and Francisca Villas. Mr. Villas is survived by his nine children, Dorothy Jiron (Leroy) of Flagstaff, Helen Padilla of Ribera, N.M., Raymond Villas (Sherry) of Cottonwood, Michael Villas (Josie) of Bremerton Wash., Leonard Villas (Debbie) of Flagstaff, Olivia Villas of Flagstaff, Barbara Torrez of Flagstaff, Gilbert Villas of St. Louis Park, Minn., and Jimmy Villas of Flagstaff; three sisters; 17 grandchildren; and four great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Eloisa. Viewing will be today from 4 to 6 p.m., at Norvel Owens Mortuary. Holy Rosary will be recited on Friday, at 10 a.m., and Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
