| Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, Arizona Wednesday, July 08, 2009 Maxine Phillips, 82, formerly of Flagstaff, died Tuesday, June 16, 2009, at home in Las Vegas, Nev. She was born May 15, 1927, in England, Ark. She is survived by daughter Patty; son Randall; grandchildren Sonny, Tonya, Tammy, Ranise, Randall and Rochelle; and great-grandchildren Lane and Dakota.
