Thomas C. Foster, 67, born June 12, 1937, passed away February 16, 2005. He was a fourth generation native of Arizona.

Tom graduated from Arizona State University in 1959 and received his law degree from the University of Arizona 1962. Following his graduation from law school, Tom practiced law in the offices of Cavness, DeRose, Senner and Foster. In 1964 he became the Deputy County Attorney of Gila County, Arizona, and served there until 1970. He was the City Magistrate in the City of Phoenix until 1973. He then went into private practice and also held a contract with Maricopa County to represent indigent defendants.

He is preceded in death by his father Charles FOSTER, and mother Mary C. FOSTER.

Tom is survived by his companion Dixie BENEDICT, his son Tom of Gainesville, Fl, daughters Susan McEUEN and Karen LYNCH of Phoenix, Lori BARTLETT of Scottsdale, eight grandchildren and his large extended family and friends.

Graveside service at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix, Az.
