| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona February 10, 2005 Jerome (Jerry) D'Angelo, 49, of Phoenix, passed away February 7th, 2005 at John C. Lincoln Hospital. He was a graduate of Arizona State University and worked as a property manager in the real estate business. He is survived by both of his parents, Dr. Alfred and Elizabeth D'ANGELO, and his sister Dr. Sally D'ANGELO, of Albuquerque, NM.
