| The White Mountain Independent Show Low, Arizona 04/01/2003 Marian Udall Hansen, 83, died March 22, 2003 in Phoenix. Marian was born in Eagar Oct. 4, 1919 to Harry and Rinda Udall. She graduated from Round Valley High School in May 1937 and from Gila Junior High in May 1939. She also attended Lambson Business College in Phoenix. She married Rex Hansen Oct. 11, 1941. Marian worked 28 years as county clerk for Farmers Home Administration in Springerville, retiring in 1979. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving with her husband as a missionary and temple worker. She and Rex resided in Eagar, spending the past few winters in Mesa. Marian is survived by her husband, Rex; daughter Maxine (Galen) Updike; sisters Emma Johnson, Edith (Ronald) Wiltbank; grandchildren, Rinda Updike, Nathan Rex (Gina) Updike, Bethanne (Nathan) Hathcock, Russell Updike, Susan Updike. Services were held Wednesday, March 26 with interment in the Eagar Cemetery. Arrangement by Jewkes Mortuary in Springerville. See Also: Find A Grave |
