The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ September 15, 2004, p. A11 William Paul Bautch of Wickenburg died Sept. 3, 2004 in his apartment at My Father's Retirement Ranch. William was born Dec. 21, 1913 in Independence, Wisc. Bill served in the Civilian Conservation Corps in Wisconsin. He and his wife Rose moved to San Pedro, Calif., in 1941 where Bill was employed by Kaiser Aluminum for 27 years. Bill and Rose moved to Wickenburg in 1975. Bill's love was the guitar. He played in small bands all his adult life, often playing at the Wise Owl in Wickenburg. Bill was preceded in death by Rose, his wife of 64 years, and daughter Patricia McGuire. He is survived by his daughter Margaret A. Bouland, grandsons Greg, Mike and Phil Stokes, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. No services will be held. |
