| The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ September 15, 2004, p. A11 Donato Vargas of Wickenburg passed away Sept. 12 in Sun City. He was 81. Donato was born in Mexico on Oct. 22, 1922. He made his career in agriculture. He is survived by his wife Francisca of Wickenburg; children Maria De La Luz Cavazos of Texas, Maria Christina Rocha of Wickenburg, and Mario Alberto Vargas of Mexico; brothers Jesus Vargas, Alejandro Vargas and Jose Luis Vargas of Mexico; sister Agustina Carreon of Mexico and 14 grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., with service at 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 16 at Wickenburg Funeral Home. Father John Vogt will officiate. Interment will take place in Texas.
