West Valley View, June 21, 2005 David Allen White, 63, of Buckeye, died June 15, 2005, after an extended battle with cancer. Mr. White was born Oct. 31, 1941, in Plainwell, Mich. He and his family moved to Arizona in 1948. After serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Mr. White worked as a pipe fitter. He retired in 1999, but remained a member of Local 469 until his death. Mr. White married Jayne Lane in 1966, and the couple had five children. They divorced in 1984. He married Connie Elizabeth Carter in 1988. Mr. White is survived by his wife, Connie; three daughters, LaPriel, LaChablis and Laroux;two sons, John Pratt and Jake; five stepchildren; his father, Harold;four sisters, Dorothy, Susan, Lucy and Kathy; four brothers, Jim, Eugene, Aaron and Steve; 32 grandchildren and six great-children. A service was held June 20 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Buckeye. President Roger Brown officiated. Internment was at Louis B. Hazelton Memorial Park in Buckeye. Ganley's Buckeye Funeral Home made the arrangements. |
