He is survived by his parents Rod and Sue Sipes, his wife Lockie Sipes, children Caitlynn, Camillus, and Xavier, brother Dustin Sipes, and sister Dee Serrendelle. Viewing will take place from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday (Sept. 3) with the funeral at 11 a.m. at Best Funeral Services and Chapel, 501 E. Dunlap Avenue in Phoenix. |
