| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, September 28, 2009 Michael A. Rice went to be with the Lord on Sept. 23, 2009. He was born June 28, 1983, in Phoenix, Ariz. Michael attended Prescott High School and went on to Yavapai College receiving a certificate as an automotive technician. Michael was a handsome, loving young man, who had a big heart for everyone. His passion was his Toyota Supra's. Michael enjoyed camping, fishing, working on cars, playing video games and spending time with loved ones. Those who loved him and will miss him most include his parents, Charles and Catherine; brothers, Allen and Christopher; sister Javanna Rice; grandmothers, Elisa Torres and Claudia Newell; three nephews; and two nieces; many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, 2009, at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez St. A Celebration of Michael's life will be 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 2, at Prescott Christian Church, 501 S. Senator Highway, Prescott. Burial will be at Mountain View Cemetery.
