San Bernardino Sun San Bernardino, California September 14, 1978 Amelia Garcia Padilla, 62, a 19-year resident of Landers, died Tuesday in a San Bernardino hospital. She was a native of Wickenburg, Ariz. She was a homemaker and a Catholic. Survivors include her husband, Manuel; two sons, Charles Gonzales of Palm Springs and Manuel of El Monte; two daughters, Laura Puga of Hacienda Heights and Rhoda Padilla of Pomona; two brothers, Pete Garcia of Colton and Fred Gonzales of La Mirada; two sisters, Delores Roedger of Colton and Margaret Garcia of Los Angeles, and seven grandchildren. Rosary will be 7:30 p.m. today in Knopsnyder's Mortuary Chapel, where friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today.
