The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona March 7, 2004 Frederick Raymond Dauwalder, 56, of Paradise Valley, AZ, died March 2, 2004. He was born in Phoenix, AZ and was a retired Mechanical Engineer for CAD Systems. He moved back to Arizona 46 years ago from Aurora, Illinois. Mr. DAUWALDER was preceded in death by his wife Patricia and parents, Walter and Margaret. Survivors are sons, Nathan, Nashville, TN and Michael, Fort Worth, TX; brothers, Don, Mesa, AZ and David, Turlock CA. Following graduation from Arizona State University with a BS in Engineering, Fred worked as a Mechanical Engineer for Caterpillar, Inc. in Peoria and Aurora, IL for 10 years. Since 1979, Fred worked for Air Research, Garrett Allied Signal and Honeywell, designing pneumatic systems for aircraft and later providing technical support for CAD design systems. He was a graduate of Scottsdale High School and a member of Valley View Bible Church. Visitation was at Messinger Indian School Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Road, Scottsdale and a Memorial Service was held at Valley View Bible Church, 4222 E. Lincoln Drive, Paradise Valley, AZ. See Also: ASU Alumni |
