| The Williams News, Williams, Arizona Tuesday, July 28, 2009 Betty L. Lewis was born to Lawrence and Ann Carder on Feb. 17, 1929 in Artesia, N.M. Betty and husband Herschel moved to Arizona in 1955 and to Williams in 1966. They raised three children together, Larry of Cornville, Cookie and husband Don of Williams and Michael and wife Debbie of Las Vegas, Nev. Betty was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, bowling and watching her family grow. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Herschel. She is survived by her three children and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be private and burial will be in Artesia, N.M. The family requests donations to Northland Hospice, P.O. Box 997, Flagstaff, AZ 86002, in lieu of flowers. |
