The Williams News, Williams, Arizona Tuesday, November 25, 2008 Stephen Dwight Johnson, 54, passed away Monday, Nov. 3, 2008 surrounded by his family and loved ones. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother and grandfather. Stephen was born on Nov. 6, 1953 to Gene and Patricia Johnson in Long Beach, Calif. After a brief move to Omaha, Neb., he moved to Prescott in 1960 where he attended and graduated from Prescott High School. Stephen and his wife of 26 years, Linda, raised two beautiful daughters Misty, 38, and Stephanie, 23. He is survived by his grandmother Vera; parents Gene and Patricia; his brother Brian and sister-in-law Bonnie; his sister Shari and brother-in-law Scott; and his grandson Shea. His younger brother, Scott, preceded him to heaven last August. He held a strong passion for golf and football and enjoyed spending time with his wife and daughters. He will be deeply missed by his co-workers, friends and family. His cheerful and sarcastic personality will live on forever with those who knew him. A memorial service was held Saturday, Nov. 8, 2008 at Lakeshore Mortuary, 1815 S. Dobson Rd. in Mesa. Visit www.mem.com to pay tribute to Stephen.
