| LOW MOUNTAIN — Graveside services for Juanita Yazzie, 48, will be 1 p.m. March 22, at the Jeddito Cemetery. Evangelist Francis Shirley will officiate. Burial will follow in Jeddito Cemetery. Yazzie died March 14, 2008, in Mariano Lake. She was born Oct. 6, 1959, in Summit, into the Honey Comb Rock People Clan for the Water's Edge People Clan. Yazzie attended Toyei schools. Survivors include her sons, Darryl Keeto, John Keeto; daughters, Valerie Keeto, Debbie Keeto; brothers, Kenneth Yazzie, Lorenzo Tzinichini Jr.; sisters, Lena Yazzie of Flagstaff, Lola Billy of Piñon, Linda Peterson of Gallup, Cecelia Tzinichini of Albuquerque; six grandchildren. Yazzie was preceded in death by her father, Kee Yazzie; mother, Nellie Tzinichini. Pallbearers will be David Baker, Kenneth Yazzie, Darryl Keeto, John Keeto, Ricky Peterson, and Kendall Yazzie. The family will receive relatives and friends at Christine Gorman's residence in Steamboat, following services. Cope Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements. See Also: Find A Grave |
