GREENVILLE, Ky. — Services for Sharon J. Duran, 65, will be 11 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 20, at Gary's Funeral Home, Greenville. The Rev. Gary McAbee will officiate. Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 20, at Sunset Cemetery, Winslow. Visitation will be after 9 a.m., Thursday, at the funeral home. Duran died Monday, Nov. 3, 2008, in Evansville. She was born March 25, 1943, in Winslow, Ind. Duran was the daughter of Oscar Taylor Baize and Juanita Elizabeth Willis Baize. She attended First Baptist Church, Greenville. Duran retired from Supervalue in 1998, after 20 years as a bookkeeper. Survivors include her husband, Leo Duran of Greenville; daughter, Kendra Leigh Duran of Greenville; son, Kevin Duran of Evansville; sisters, Gail Groves of Evansville, Reva Baumgart of Martinsville, Ind.; two grandchildren. Duran was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar Taylor Baize, Jaunita Elizabeth Willis Baize; son, Mark Anthony Duran. Pallbearers will be Tanner Duran, Mike Baize, Al Boamgart, Godfrey Ramirez, Kyle Packett, Karem Sharada. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society See Also: Find A Grave |
