Owens Livingston Mortuary Show Low, Arizona She was born Jan. 20, 1923 in Cibecue. Nannie was a loving and caring woman that appreciated many of God's blessings. She was a homemaker who enjoyed fishing and camping, playing board games and sharing her Christian values with others by serving as an Adult Sunday School Teacher. Her many talents include doing beadwork, making handmade quilts, gardening and playing the guitar. She spoke well about others and loved animals. Nannie is survived by her 10 children; one brother, Leander Peaches, three sisters, Rupee Danford, Darlene Tessay, Carmelita Childs all of Cibecue; 30 grandchildren and 92 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Quay, Sr.; one sister, Lena Peaches; and two granddaughters, Wanda Marie Tessay and Henrietta Enriquez. A two night wake will be held at the residence of Bernadine Enriquez, Nannie's former residence in Cibecue, beginning at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 25. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 27 at the Cibecue Cottonwood Gym. Interment will be in the Mountain Shadow Cemetery in Cibecue.
