Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, Phoenix, AZ Frank Shu Tang, 81, of Phoenix, Arizona went to be with his Lord Jesus Christ on August 20, 2009. Born in Canton, China on January 3, 1928, Frank came to the United States with his mother, Mary, in 1936 to join his father in the family business, Ben J. Tang Grocery in Phoenix. He attended Osborn School and North Phoenix High School. In 1948, Frank and his mother opened and operated a new store, Food Master Market on 3rd Street and Osborn Road. In 1955, he married his wife, Sue. Frank was devoted to his family and was deeply loved by them. He will be greatly missed until we see him again in Heaven. He was preceded in death by his father, Ben J. and mother, Mary. He is survived by his exemplary wife, Sue, of 54 years, sons, Marvin Tang, Dr. Erwin Tang (Irene), Dr. Alvin Tang (Ling), daughter, Janie Yee (Reverend Mack Yee), granddaughters, Christine and Carolyn Tang and grandsons, Benjamin, Matthew, Adam and Joshua Yee. Visitation will be held Saturday, September 5, 2009 at 9:30 A.M. with Funeral Services at 10:30 A.M. at Greenwood Memory Lawn Serenity Chapel, 719 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85009. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Phoenix Chinese Baptist Church, P.O. Box 44738, Phoenix, AZ 85064.
