Survived by her mother, Patricia Lee Muzzy; daughters, Haley De Ann Garner, Amber Lee, Ritalynne Grube; Fiance, Kenneth Grube; brother, Harvey E. Muzzy; sisters, Tina M. Muzzy and April A. Ponder. Preceded in death by her father, Harvey Muzzy. Vistation will be Thursday August 20, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at ADAIR FUNERAL HOME AVALON CHAPEL, 8090 N. Northern Ave. Funeral Service will be Friday August 21, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Steve Main officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. See Also: Find A Grave |
