Earl Raymond Bayless

Earl Raymond Bayless, 78, of Glendale, Arizona passed away on February 21, 2008. Born March 12, 1929 in Mesa, AZ and raised in Somerton, he graduated from Yuma High School in 1947.

Served in the USAF. Graduated from Arizona State University with Bachelor's and Master's Degrees. He worked his way through school as a barber and was an elementary school teacher for 27 years. A member of the Masonic Lodge and El Zaribah Shrine, he was also a member of Spirit of Hope UMC. He was greatly loved and will be missed by friends and family alike.

Survived by wife, Dee Rae; three children, Cynthia Cunningham, Wesley Bayless and Joel Bayless; two sisters, Betty Jo Pitts and Patricia Browning; three step-children, Bill and Marti Reed, Dee Ann and John Cason and Ken Reed; seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, his horse Pawnee and domino partner Debbie Brawner.

Memorial Service on Tuesday, February 26, 2008, at Spirit of Hope United Methodist Church located at 14403 N. 75th Avenue in Peoria. Contributions may be made to Habitat for Humanity of the West 9133 NW Grand Ave. Peoria, AZ 85345. "Adios Partner!"
