The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ Aug. 4, 1944 John Grijalva, 70, Dies at Home Here John Grijalva, age 70, passed away at his home in Wickenburg last Saturday, July 29th, following a heart attack. Mr. Grijalva had lived all of hid life in this vicinity. He spent many years at placer mining and cow punching and was an expert in the latter activity. Funeral services were scheduled for Thursday with burial in the Catholic Cemetery here. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Jennie Parra of Winslow and Mrs. Angelita Lauterio of Los Angeles; and two sons, Louis and Joe, both in the service. The sons came here for the funeral. Two sisters also survive, Mrs. Rita Mesa and Mrs. Marceline Garcia. See Also: Find A Grave |
