Diaz, 48, of Prescott, Ariz., born Aug. 17, 1961, in Prescott passed away Oct. 13, 2009, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott. Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, followed by a Rosary at 7 p.m. at the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and Carlton, Prescott. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, 2009, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury St., Prescott, followed by a graveside committal at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Virginia St., Prescott.
