| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, October 16, 2009 Philip Siebenthaler, 69, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born March 12, 1940, in Albany, Ore., passed away Oct. 15, 2009, in Flagstaff, Ariz. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, 2009, at Sunrise Funeral Home, 8167 E. Highway 69, Prescott Valley. Services entrusted to Sunrise Funeral Home. --------------------------------- The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, October 19, 2009 Philip Siebenthaler, former owner of Phil and Sandy's Tavern, passed away Oct. 15, 2009. He is survived by his wife, Sandy; 10 children; 19 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, 2009 at Sunrise Funeral Home in Prescott Valley, Ariz.
