The Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Tuesday, October 13, 2009 Dec. 15, 1932 - Oct. 7, 2009 Patricia Northrup, of Sedona, died on Wednesday, October 7. She was born December 15, 1932, in Columbus, Ohio. She was Vice President for Commercial Loans for Galbreath Mortgage Co. and served as President of the Board of Directors of Maryhaven of Columbus. She is survived by her son Kelly; sister and brother-in-law Donna and Ed Gerhold; brother Dana; and sister-in-law Martha, all of Columbus; in addition to many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her brother Howard. Patricia served as Executive Director of the Sedona Chamber of Commerce after arriving here in 1978. In 1982, she created the Golden Word Book Centre, which recently celebrated its 27th anniversary under new ownership. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, Oct. 17, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Red Rock Retreat, the home of Russell and Ruth Sease, 3226 Valley Vista Drive, in the Village of Oak Creek.
