The Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, Arizona Thursday, August 13, 2009 Andrew Clyde Mahone, "Flip," age 38, passed away at Kingman Regional Medical Center on Friday, Aug. 7, 2009. Flip graduated from Seligman High School. He has been involved with recreation activities with the youth, basketball and baseball. He has refereed adult basketball games. He was always helpful at wakes, youth pow-wows and other community activities in the Peach Springs Community on the Hualapai Indian Reservation. He is survived by his parents, Clara and Webster Mahone; brother, David Chad Mahone; niece, Kyreen Mahone; and son, Dewey Webb Mahone; aunts, Louise Benson and Rosella Siyuja; many cousins and other relatives. There will be a viewing from 3 to 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 14, at the Webster Mahone residence, followed by the church service from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Multipurpose Building. Following the church service, a traditional wake will be held until dawn. Interment will be at 6 a.m. at the Peach Springs Cemetery. |
