Mickey is survived by his wife, Wanda; his two children, Elizabeth and Michael; mother Linda and father Eli; brother Johnnie and his wife Missy; sisters Amy, Stephanie and Brittany; step-sister Sarah; stepbrothers Eli, David and Marco. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2008, at The First Southern Baptist Church in Chino Valley with burial taking place in Union, Mo. Chino Valley Funeral Home cared for the family.
