| Comanche, OK 1942 Henrietta Josephine McGarrah Berry MRS. JOSEPHINE BERRY, 74, DIES Mrs Josephine Berry, 74, who moved with her late husband to Indian Territory 50 years ago, died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Pearl Collinsworth, 6 miles southwest of Duncan, early Sunday. Mrs. Berry suffered a stroke Friday. She was preceded in death by her husband 11 years ago. Before that time they had lived on farms in Stephens and Jefferson Counties. Mrs. Berry is survived by 12 children including seven daughters, Mrs. Collinsworth and Mrs. Herman Johnson both of Duncan, Mrs. Bob Cole (Crow) of Apache, Mrs. Linnie Downey of Sanger, Calif., Mrs. Lon Prater of Comanche, Mrs. Frank Harvill of Comanche and Mrs. Marie Long of Indio, Calif., and five sons, Albert of Grandview, Texas, W.S. of Agwam, Earl of Duncan Clyde of Muleshoe, Texas and Woodie of Duncan, Ariz. (Prescott, Ariz.). The funeral arrangements are not complete. They will be announced by Rangely-Goodman Funeral Home. |
