| West Valley View March 18, 2005 Emilio F. Lugo of Tolleson died March 14, 2005. Mr. Lugo was born in Gilbert, and was a lifelong resident of Arizona. He worked for the city of Phoenix and retired after 32 years of service. Mr. Lugo is survived by his wife of 55 years, Nellie; three sons, Tony, Andy and Sammy; one sister, Manuela Rodriguez; one brother, Frank Lugo; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Saturday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 512 N. 93rd Ave. in Tolleson. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, also at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Memorials may be sent to Hospice Family Care, 9045 W. Athens St., Peoria, AZ 85382. Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home in Phoenix made the arrangements |
