| West Valley View March 15, 2005 Chris Muniz, 30, of Phoenix died March 6, 2005, in Glendale. Mr. Muniz was born Oct. 29, 1974, in Phoenix, but was raised in Avondale. He worked for a lumber company. Mr. Muniz is survived by his parents; one sister; and one brother. A private service will be held. Crystal Rose Funeral Home made the arrangements. |
