| West Valley View March 8, 2005 Gerald W. Cobbin, 40, of Buckeye died Feb. 27, 2005, in Phoenix. Mr. Cobbin was born Jan. 8, 1965, in Phoenix. He grew up and attended schools in Buckeye, and graduated from Buckeye Union High School. He had worked in Phoenix before illness forced him to stop. Mr. Cobbin is survived by father, Clyde Cobbin, of Buckeye; two sisters, Gloria Watson and Beverly Harris, of Phoenix; and three brothers, Alvin Cobbin of Houston, Alduran Cobbin of Salem, Ore., and Quincy Cobbin of Phoenix. A service was held March 5 at Mt. Zion Holy Spiritual Church in Hopeville. The Rev. Abraham Harris III officiated. Buckeye Funeral Home made the arrangements. |
