Owens Livingston Mortuary Show Low, Arizona 10/20/2009 Tarren Lee Ethelbah died Oct. 9, 2009. He was born June 2, 1970, in Whiteriver to his parents, Rinson & Elaine Ethelbah, to love until the age of 39. He spent about the first five years of his life living at the sawmill, Roberts Ranch and Rainbow City along with his older sister, Valarie Ethelbah-Billy, who taught him how to tease. One year after younger sister Bernaleen Ethelbah-Mahsill was born, they moved to Diamond Creek where he often teased her. Tarren quickly became familiar with the CC area. Along with his cousins and friends, he enjoyed being a kid until Julian Ethelbah became a part of his life as his little brother and lifelong friend. A number of years later he was blessed with another sister to pick on, his baby sister Kathy Ethelbah. They all shared one thing with Tarren, special moments that became memories, but also had their fair share of fights where Tarren was often the one to say "I'm sorry" first. He loved his six nephews and one niece and personally saw that they were never hungry or cried too long. "They will miss him, but we will never let them forget him. His mom and dad will never stop loving him." Tarren loved all of his aunts, uncles and every one of his cousins. He will always be remembered for his humorous character, hard work and efforts to always lend a helping hand. Most importantly Dish Tarren will never be forgotten for his inability to say no. Tarren loved working for different people doing odd jobs, but most of all, North Fork Stock Association and any ranch that would take him. Tarren Lee Ethelbah will be missed by anyone and everyone who ever knew him. Other survivors include sisters, Holly Studhorse of Chicago Ill., Lavenia Way, Lavonne Tessay and Lavita Tessay, all of Whiteriver; brothers Marklin Lupe and Levitto Tessay Jr., both of Whiteriver. After Tarren entered into Eternity as a part of his heavenly Father's plan Oct. 9 in Phoenix, a two-night wake was held in his honor at the Ethelbah's home in Diamond Creek. He was laid to rest at his family plot at the Chiefton Cemetary in North Fork. Owens Livingston Mortuary of Show Low handled arrangements.
