The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona January 28, 2004 Renona Lee HARMON-WEATHERBY, a resident of Phoenix her entire life entered into rest January 21, 2004. She is survived by her son, Brendan D. WEATHERBY, his mother, Linda HESS of Phoenix, siblings, Jennifer Lee BORG of Boise, Id., Dorothy L. HILL of Rochester, Ind., Bernard Wayne HARMON of Angier, N.C. and Bernadette Lee ROUSH of Phoenix, brothers-in-law, Jerry ROUSH and Jon HILL, Aunts and uncles, Leng SHIGETA, Clarence SHIGETA, Mildred ERVIN, Jimmy TEJERO and Franklin TEJERO all of California as well as numerous cousins and 12 nieces and nephews. Renona worked with the Kid's Cancer Connection, Oded Dehr of "The Mummy", Burbank Studios, Ronald Mc Donald House as well as being a volunteer for Homeless Pet Shelters. She was an avid horse back rider, loved volleyball, baseball and swimming. Renona was a loyal friend and never knew a stranger. Memorial Services were held at Phoenix Memorial Park, 200 West Beardsley Road with Pastor Ralph BUSBEE Officiating. A private cremation has taken place and Inurnment at Phoenix Memorial Park.
