Eugenia (Smith) Harrison

Interment services were held Wednesday afternoon in the Wickenburg cemetery for Mrs. Eugenia Smith Harrison, 73 years old, who died at the M-F Ranch, 7 miles west of Miami, Saturday afternoon after a short illness. Rev. Ross Cleeland officiaed. She was the mother of Mrs. Mary Cordes of Wickenburg.

Chapel services were held Monday at 6 p. m. at the Miles Chapel in Miami. The Rev. H. Welton Rotz officiated and Mrs. A. T. Netherbled was soloist. Many floral offerings were in evidence.

Mrs. Harrison, born in Gainsville, Ga., had lived in Arizona since 1906 and in Miami 34 years.

Besides her daughter in Wickenburg, she is survived by her husband, Oscar; a son, Jeff of Miami, and 7 grandchildren: Henry Cordes of Cordes; Raymond Cordes of San Simon: Ruby, Edna and Calvin Cordes of Wickenburg, Corporal Warren Cordes now stationed in Texas, and John Cordes, son of Jeff. There are also 2 great grandchildren: Rodney and James, sons of Raymond Cordes.
