| The Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, Arizona Wednesday, October 21, 2009 Tara Singer, 4, died Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, in Phoenix. She was born Jan .17, 2005, in Winslow. Tara is survived by her father, Terry Singer; mother Rosita Belone; brother Tevis Singer; sister Jessie Singer; maternal grandparents Charley Belone and Rosa Ann Belone; paternal grandmother Patsy Singer; great-grandfather Jack Riggs; and many aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be today at 11 a.m. at Maranatha Assembly of God, with Pastor Melvin Tsosie officiating. Burial will follow at Desert View Cemetery.
