| The Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, Arizona Tuesday, October 20, 2009 Carol Patricia Wamble, 53, died Thursday, Oct. 15, 2009. She was born at the Grand Canyon on May 13, 1956, to John T. and Patricia Wamble and was raised in Williams, where she graduated from high school in1974. She graduated from Yavapai Community College in 1978 earning an associate's degree. She furthered her studies at Northern Arizona University, achieving a bachelor of arts in 1988. Ms. Wamble retired from the U.S. Forest Service in 1995 after a long career. She then worked in the adult education department at Coconino Community College in Williams for four years. She was an inspiration to many as she overcame physical limitations to enjoy a life filled with family, friends, travel, creativity and volunteer service to her community. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Ms. Wamble is survived by her mother, Patricia Wamble; sisters Nancy (Patrick) Jessup, Clarice Holldorf, JoAnn Wamble and Barbara Wamble; half-sisters Susie Bowman and Sharon Greene; 19 nieces and nephews; and seven grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
