| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, October 29, 2009 Edward Frank Simmonds died Oct. 26, 2009, at Granite View Adult Care Home, Prescott, Ariz. He was born Sept. 17, 1910, in Chicago, Ill. Edward was an accomplished musician and businessman. He enjoyed fishing and was a Life Master Bridge player. Edward is survived by his children, Steven Simmonds of Prescott and Lesley Hale of Glenview, Ill.; sister Madelyn Sullivan of Morton Grove, Ill.; and grandson Sean Simmonds of Scottsdale, Ariz. He spent the past three years of his life at Granite View Adult Care Home where he received loving care. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home of Prescott assisted the family with arrangements.
