| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, October 31, 2009 Marilyn Anne "Lyn" McIntyre died Sunday, Oct. 25, 2009, at Hospice Family Care, the Crossings, in Prescott, Ariz. She was born Sept. 9, 1952, in Scotland. Marilyn was 57 years old. Marilyn worked for the Saudi Arabian oil company for over 20 years and most recently, the County of Yavapai. It was on July 26, 1997, that she married Robert Kavanagh; the two met while both working in Saudi Arabia. Marilyn enjoyed bowling and shooting pool. She was most proud of her husband and loved him dearly. Marilyn is survived by her loving and caring husband of 14 years, Robert Kavanagh; and her father Bill McIntyre of Spain. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations go to Yavapai Humane Society, 1625 Sundog Ranch Road, Prescott, AZ 86301. A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz. The Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
