| Raymond I. Gibbs, 88, of Phoenix, a show businessman, died Dec. 26, 1999. He was born in Hansford, W.Va. Survivors include his daughter, Jeanine Eastman; sons, Merlin and Irwin; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services: Sunday, Green Acres Mortuary Chapel of Light, 401 N.
