| Kenneth N. Sheppard, 72, of Scottsdale, a retired manufacturing supervisor, died Dec. 26, 1999. He was born in Hutchinson, Minnesota. Survivors include his wife, Shirley; daughters, Julie Cornell, Rosan Hedtke, Nancy Muetzel and Pamela L.; stepmother, Murial Lanyon; sisters, Lavonne Wilke and Wendy Klinthworth; brothers, David and Neil J. Jr.; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Services: Tuesday, First Congregational United Church of Christ, 4425 N. Granite Reef Road, Scottsdale. Newcomer Family Mortuary.
